The Daniel Jason Morales, RN Memorial Scholarship was established by the Morales family in 2021 in memory of their son, brother, husband, dad, and friend. He lost his battle to COVID-19 in 2020 while treating COVID patients. He was an Austin High School 1998 graduate who was highly involved throughout his high school years; to include Student Council, Close-UP, National Honor Society, Varsity Football, and Varsity Golf. Daniel was in Nursing. His passion for his chosen career spoke volumes for his caring character. He was a loyal friend to all, and a proud Austin Alumnus.

Two recommendation letters from teachers

Organizations/Extracurricular activities - must be involved in a minimum of one and provide sponsor proof

Community Service Hours - 10 hours minimum/contact information must be provided.
